Bio

There’s not much to know about me.  I grew up in San Diego, CA, then moved to Reno, NV, and finally to Columbus, OH.  I’m married to Rachel Wells (Williams now).  My passion for film started within my first year of high school.  A good friend and I started watching movies together and noticed some things that seemed like symbolism.  We thought that was really cool (even though they were actually really awful movies) so we watched more and more movies with symbolism…and now we’re both art house film snobs.

I went to college and graduated in 2008.  I’m currently working for Cosmic Soup Digital doing ad and industrial video production.  I thought I’d end up hating doing all the industrial work but instead I found the opposite to be true.  Of course I love to work on great projects, but I still really enjoy doing anything when it comes this stuff.  There’s always a new challenge and a way to improve yourself.

As for what I generally use when doing this stuff.  My staple programs are Maya, After Effects, Motion, Soundtrack, Flash, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Adobe Encore, and DVD Studio Pro.  I do a lot of varied things with all this and I’ve recently begun to enjoy mixing mediums a lot.
